The Back Porching podcast is my podcast. It's been going on and off for the last few years. The genesis of it was from a good friend; we were catching up once and he stopped me and said this: "Man, you are always sharing what He is teaching you from your time alone and with others thinking and talking on the porch, you should share that with others."

So the Back Porching podcast was born. It's simple, this is not a fancy studio podcast. It's me and my laptop with a microphone plugged in. It's me unpacking the things He is trying to teach me personally and things learned from conversations with friends.

My hope is that He might use some of the things He is teaching me to be helpful for you. The porch has become a refuge for me and my soul and I hope the things He is doing on it will nudge you in your journey with Jesus too.
